...THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF FLASH FLOODING FOR A SMALL AREA OF THE MIDWEST REGION...

...MIDWEST/GREAT LAKES...

SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL TOTALS WIDESPREAD 2 TO 4 INCHES WITH LOCAL AMOUNTS DOUBLE THIS ARE POSSIBLE OVER THE HIGH RISK REGION. ANTECEDENT WET SOILS COMBINED WITH MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL RESULT IN WIDESPREAD FLASH FLOODING WITH SIGNIFICANT FLASH FLOODING LIKELY. ACROSS THE SLGT/MDT RISK AREA, LOWER TOTALS ARE EXPECTED, AND FLASH FLOODING SHOULD REMAIN MORE SCATTERED.

...SOUTHEAST THROUGH OHIO VALLEY AND APPALACHAINS...

PULSE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RATES WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES. FEW INSTANCES OF FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.

...WEST...

HEAVY RAINFALL WITH LOCALIZED RAINFALL OF 3 TO 5 INCHES IS POSSIBLE. BURN SCARS COULD PRODUCE LANDSLIDES/DEBRIS FLOW WITH SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL RATES.
