A TROUGH IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH THE REGION FOR THURSDAY -- ALONG WITH THE COLD FRONT AS MENTIONED IN DAY 1. THE REGION IS EXPECTED TO BE DRY -- HOWEVER -- SIGNIFICANTLY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED TO DIP INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS IN SPOTS -- ALTHOUGH REMAINING AT OR NEAR 20%. WINDS BETWEEN 20-30 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS WILL LIKELY YIELD TO CRITICAL FIRE DANGER LEVELS ACROSS THIS REGION.  FOR THIS REASON -- HAVE UPGRADED TO A SLIGHT RISK FOR FIRE DANGER WHERE FIRE FUEL LEVELS REMAIN HIGHER / AT NEAR RECORD, AND RH VALUES REMAIN LOWER...COMBINED WITH HIGHER WIND GUSTS.
